General Rules
  • Word Limit: Maximum 500 words (title & affiliations excluded)
  • Font: Calibri, size 11 or larger
  • Title: Sentence case, no quotation marks
  • Spacing: Leave one blank line between title and author details
  • Authors: Full names only (no degrees/titles). Underline the presenting author
  • Affiliations: Institution, city, state, country; use superscript numbers
  • Declaration Form: Mandatory from the presenting author
  • Tables/Graphs: An abstract may include one table OR one graph
  • Presentation Obligation: Submission implies obligation to present at the meeting
  • Format Changes: Committee may change presentation format
Important: Non-compliant submissions will not be reviewed.

Design & Visual Tips
Do's
  • Use visual hierarchy (title at eye level)
  • Centralize data visuals
  • Use 2–3 complementary colors
  • Ensure high contrast for readability
  • Label all axes clearly
  • Include n values in graphs
  • Use high-resolution images (>300 dpi)
  • Add scale bars for histology/radiology
  • Include QR code for full paper
Don'ts
  • Avoid 3D charts (hard to read)
  • Don't overcrowd with text
  • Avoid low contrast color combinations
  • Don't use images without anonymization
